Sign up and log in

Create a Trade Llama account with your email or phone number and a password, log in, and reset your password if you forget it.

To sign up, open Sign up, enter your email address or phone number, and create a password. After that, log in at Log in with the same email or phone number and your password.

Create an account

1. Open Sign up.
2. Enter your email address or phone number.
3. Create a password. Choose one you don't use on any other site.
4. Complete the form to create your account.

Before you start trading, read the Terms of Service and the Privacy policy so you know the rules and how your data is handled.

Log in

1. Open Log in.
2. Enter the email address or phone number you signed up with.
3. Enter your password and log in.

Pages in the signed-in area, such as Dashboard, Wallet, Profile and the questionnaire, ask you to log in first. Once you're logged in, they open normally.

Forgot your password?

1. Open Forgot password.
2. Enter the email address or phone number you use to log in, and request a reset link.
3. Open the link you receive. It takes you to a page where you set a new password.
4. Log in with your new password.

Never share a reset link with anyone. Whoever has it can set a new password for your account.

Signing up on your phone

There's no Trade Llama app yet. Sign up and log in from your phone's browser, the same way you would on a computer. See Is there a Trade Llama app?

If something goes wrong

• Your password isn't accepted: check that Caps Lock is off and that your browser didn't fill in an old saved password.
• You're not sure which login you used: try your email address, then your phone number.
• Still can't get in: reset your password, or see Can't log in or something looks wrong with your account.
