Announcements and service status
There are no active announcements. What kinds of notices Trade Llama would post, and what to check if a deposit or withdrawal seems delayed.
There are no active announcements right now. That means no scheduled maintenance, no notices about suspended or resumed deposits or withdrawals for any coin or network, and no new listings or delistings to report. If you arrived here from a notice about a specific coin, there's nothing active for it on Trade Llama.
What announcements cover
Announcements are used for notices like these:
- Maintenance and system updates: planned work that may pause trading, deposits or withdrawals for a while.
- Deposit and withdrawal suspensions: when deposits or withdrawals of a coin on a particular network are paused, for example during a network upgrade, and when they resume.
- New listings: coins or trading pairs added to the platform.
- Delistings: coins or pairs being removed, and what that means for open orders and balances.
- Product updates: changes to features you use, such as the trading terminals or Earn.
To see what you can trade right now, check the Markets page. Its tabs cover crypto, futures, CFDs and forex.
If a deposit or withdrawal seems delayed
Work through these checks in order:
- Log in and open your wallet. Find the transaction in your transaction history and note what it shows.
- For crypto, check the network. The network you sent on must match the one chosen for your deposit address. For a withdrawal, it must be a network the receiving wallet supports.
- For a withdrawal, check that the destination address you entered is correct.
- Remember that crypto transfers need confirmations on the blockchain before they complete, so a transaction can still be on its way after you send it.
- For a bank transfer (Wire), allow for your bank's own processing.
- Follow the detailed checks in Deposit funds or Withdraw funds.
Before you send crypto, double-check the coin and the network. Funds sent on the wrong network can be lost or very hard to recover.
