Withdraw funds
Send crypto to another wallet or money to your bank from Wallet. Check the address and network carefully before you confirm.
To withdraw, log in, open Wallet and choose Withdraw. Pick a method, enter where the funds should go and how much, review everything, then confirm. You can follow each withdrawal in your transaction history.
Withdraw crypto
- Open Wallet, choose Withdraw and pick Crypto.
- Select the coin you want to withdraw.
- Paste the receiving address from the wallet or platform you're sending to. Copy and paste it rather than typing it.
- If you're asked to choose a network, pick one the receiving side supports for that coin. Not sure? Check with the receiving platform first.
- If the receiving platform gave you a memo or tag as well as the address, and the form has a field for it, enter it exactly.
- Enter the amount.
- Review the coin, address, network and amount, then confirm. Complete any confirmation step the form asks for.
Withdrawals can't be undone. Crypto transfers generally can't be reversed once sent. If the address or network is wrong, the funds may be lost. When you send to a new address for the first time, consider sending a small test amount first.
Withdraw to your bank (Wire)
- Open Wallet, choose Withdraw and pick Wire.
- Enter your bank details and the amount.
- Review everything and confirm.
Double-check the account details. A wire sent to the wrong account can be hard to recover.
Fees and timing
Read everything on the screen before you confirm. Crypto withdrawals have to be confirmed on their blockchain network, so timing depends on the network. Wires depend on the banks involved, and the receiving bank may charge its own fee.
Can't withdraw your full balance?
- Funds reserved for open orders, or used as margin for open positions, generally can't be withdrawn. Cancel the order or close the position first.
- If the funds are held in another of your accounts, move them with Transfer first. See Transfer between your accounts.
- If the wallet asks you to verify your identity, see Verify your identity.
If something goes wrong
- Check the withdrawal's status in your transaction history in Wallet.
- For crypto, ask the receiving platform to check for the incoming transfer on the network you chose.
- Didn't make this withdrawal? Change your password straight away on your profile and read Keep your account and funds secure.
- There's no live chat. See Get help with your account.
